CATALOGUE FEATURE
With the new Catalog Module users now can have the ability
to set up a custom catalogue of pre-approved items from various
vendors. The catalogue allows teachers to only have
to click a check box, rather than type out all of the relevant
item information to order it. Each catalogue item can
me easily added/inactivated or modified.
• BULKING CATALOG ORDERS - Ability to look at all items
requested for each catalogue vendor, modify the amounts to
be ordered based on what materials you may already have in
your resource center or library, and then bulk all requests
into one order for each vendor. This will save you shipping
fees and allow your school to take advantage of special bulk
rates offerd by many vendors.
• NON-BULKING CATALOGS - Ability to have all catalogue
orders pull the funds from the associated students account
rather than a catalogue budget and have the order shipped
directly to the ES, rather than bulking all orders and shipping
to a single location.
TEACHER BUDGETS vs STUDENT BUDGETS
Our system also has the ability to have all EMR (Educational
Material Resources) come out of a teacher budget, while other
order types, such as VCI (Vendor Course Instruction), come
out of a student budget.
VARSITY BOOKS
We have integrated with Varsity Books. Now teachers
can use the student budgets set up in OPS to purchase materials
on varsity books website. Each order gets put into our

You have the ability to include appropriate sacs codes to
